February 9, 2004--Flow Ruler has developed a new solution to eliminate spam and organize your Inbox. Flow Ruler for Outlook is an add in for MS OutlookR that expands the possibility for defining rules for administrating and organizing emails, contacts, appointments, and tasks.

Given MS OutlookR allows the setting of rules restricted to the Inbox, or received or sent emails, Flow Ruler for Outlook becomes the unquestionable solution for every Outlook user.

Contrary to MS Outlook, Flow Ruler for Outlook does not use a wizard for the confection of rules. It uses a graphical environment in which rules are created using simple configurable icons that represent the actions to be executed by the rule.

With the design tool Flow Ruler Designer you can implement rules to administrate and organize emails, contacts, appointments, and tasks, thus eliminating spam and undesired emails by means of filters and key word lists which are easy to configure; organizing the Inbox, allowing the user to define different actions to be taken when a new message is received; automatically saving or zipping messages and attached files; administrating contacts; automatically generating appointments and tasks triggered by the reception of a new message.

Through the design of Rules, Flow Ruler accounts for a number of functionalities that can be adapted to all MS Outlook users. The Rules are graphically designed in Flow Ruler Designer and they are automatically executed in MS OutlookR according to incoming emails or created contacts, appointments, and tasks.

Besides, it has powerful filters that can be configured by the user to eliminate spam or automatically detect incoming emails that the user has determined as critical or very important.
